**What You’ll Do**:

- Execute dishes to spec during service with consistency and care
- Stay ahead of prep and mise en place to keep service smooth

**What You Bring**:

- At least **1-2 years of professional kitchen experience**:

- Solid understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen best practices
- Passion for seasonal ingredients and sustainable food systems
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain it before starting)
