With four branches and over 250 pieces of equipment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Professional to join our team. Our sales professional will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving the sales growth in our area. This is challenging and rewarding role that requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in Oilfield Sales, minimum 2 years preferred. - Experience with oilfield hauling - Class 5 Driver’s Licence (minimum) - Must be local to the Whitecourt area - Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment - Self starter, set goals, and manage time effectively - Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills - A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. **Responsibilities**: - Identify and prospect potential customers - Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and repeat business - Achieve and exceed sales targets - Continuously update knowledge of J.D. A’s services, as well as industry trends and competitors - Collaborate with sales team and other departments to develop strategies and initiatives - Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes and contracts - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management team - Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional network. **Certifications & Training**: - High School Diploma, or equivalent - Associated Business/communication/marketing degrees, preferred - Valid H2S, CSO, First Aid (AB/BC) For more information, visit us at JDA.ca and click "Careers".
