Lead, Campus Programs

As the Campus Program Lead you will play an integral role in shaping the future direction of this critical function and helping to build the early talent strategy at OMERS and Oxford. The Campus Lead will be responsible for overseeing all student programs including the co-op students and our Rotational Programs. You will report directly to the Associate Director of Global Talent Strategy and have direct reports.
**As a member of this team, you will be responsible for**:
Lead the campus program strategy, planning and delivery to ensure successful delivery of all initiatives relating to the program.
Plan, coordinate, and lead all campus hiring events, information sessions, and be a representative of OMERS and Oxford with all partnerships.
Coordinate with regional partners to ensure global alignment on all campus program management and related activity.
Communicate, train and work with our managers to ensure a high level of engagement between our people leaders and new campus hires.
Build a professional online and social media presence to grow the OMERS student employment brand.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with HR Business Partners
Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and information, providing business partners with insights and recommendations that will improve the quality of our program.
**To succeed in this role, you have**:
Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Previous experience in Campus Recruitment and Program Management is an asset
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced matrix environment, always being responsive, with a strong sense of urgency
Business acumen, including knowledge of budget management and vendor management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); knowledge of Excel or other similar analytical tools is beneficial.
Willingness to plan and host or facilitate development, social, or networking events which may take place outside of standard work hours.
Proficiency with an applicant tracking system, Workday would be an asset
Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
Adaptability and exceptional time management skills
