**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial and follow-up consultations, and advise clients as per the relevant Canadian Immigration laws applicable to their specific situations;
- Stay updated with the ever changing and dynamic Canadian Immigration laws and policies to provide clients with the best advice and remedies.
- Meticulous in Case preparation and highly detail oriented in all paperwork
- Supervise Operations and Immigration support teams
- Respond to departments requests including any ADRs or PFLs and any other requests
- IRB case handling
- Compliance to Client file Management and Client Account Management practices
- 100% compliance to standards and regulations of the regulatory bodies including CICC, IRCC and other stakeholder.
- Non-negotiable Ethical and Honest working practices

**Requirements**:

- CICC Member in good standing is a mandatory requirement
- 2-5 years of active practice.
- Client Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Manage working on CRM softwares like Officio and others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Immigration Consulting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RCIC License to practice, a member of CICC (ICCRC)? (preferred)
