Immigration Consultant

Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility for various immigration programs and provide to clients
- Keep clients regularly informed of progress
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies
- Research and analyze complex immigration cases for to determine the best course of action for clients
- Prepare legal documents, including affidavits, declarations, and legal briefs - represent with clients in immigration hearings and interviews
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and case files
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or PG in Immigration course Canada**
**- Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or similar role at Immigration firm
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using immigration software and databases
Note: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
