**What You’ll Do**:

- Serve as the functional lead for digital manufacturing initiatives, driving the design, configuration, and deployment of manufacturing execution systems (MES), including iBase-t Solumina
- Lead the collection, analysis, and prioritization of business requirements to develop robust technical solutions
- Architect and design manufacturing systems and solutions that align with business goals
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production systems such as SAP, MES, timekeeping, and quality systems
- Ensure system security best practices and data integrity across all platforms
- Lead and mentor internal project teams and collaborate with external partners and consultants
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Promote and implement operational efficiencies through streamlined business processes
- Ensure the integrity and quality of implemented solutions through rigorous testing and validation
- Provide clear technical and executive-level documentation, reports, and presentations

**What You Bring**:

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on manufacturing systems and digital transformation
- Direct hands-on experience implementing and managing MES systems, specifically iBase-t Solumina
- Strong working knowledge of ERP, timekeeping, and quality management systems (QMS)
- Proven ability to capture business requirements, develop solution architectures, and lead data migration and system harmonization initiatives
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and organizational change management
- Experience working with PMOs, steering committees, and cross-functional business units
- Excellent technical skills in architecture, support documentation, and solution design
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and executive leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
