**Summary**

We are seeking a Setup Technician plus Processor to join our team at Custom Plastics International. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production process, ensuring that our plastic injection molding operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining our high standards of quality and service.
- Set up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
- Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to resolve production issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molds and equipment.
- Monitor production output and conduct quality checks to meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of scientific molding techniques and plastic injection moulding processes.
- Experience as a Set Up Technician or Plastics Processor in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with various plastic materials and their processing requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with mold setup and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a swing shift schedule (alternating days and afternoons).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
