- As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit)._

Position Overview:
As a part of the Expeditor team, the Loblaw co-op student will be leveraging advanced process optimization techniques, to identify opportunities, develop solutions and integrate them into our core business processes. Our co-op program touches all aspects of replenishment including forecasting, inventory optimization, operations management, and reporting and analytics.

Accountabilities:
- Provide reporting solutions to support business performance
- Provide analytical insight from large volumes of data to drive efficiency within the supply chain team
- Support the decision-making process through the optimal mix of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Create documentation to support supply chain reports (SOPs, job aids, flow charts, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact for reporting questions and issues
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in relatable discipline
- ** Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:
- **Must have strong computer skills.**Proficient in MS Excel, Access.
- Experience with SAS and SQL is an asset
- Proven experience working with large data sets, creating robust reports
- Confident Communication Skills
Preferred System Knowledge
- VBA (Visual Basic Analysis)
- Power BI
- Power Automate
