Machine Control Technician

We are currently seeking the expertise of a **Machine Control Technician** to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the installations and removal of Machine Control on various types of equipment as required throughout Eastern Canada.
- Perform maintenance and repairs to inventory and installed Machine Control systems.
- Assist with Machine Control inventory management.
- Assist with Machine Control training and technical support requirements.
- Travel may be required 50% of the time.
- Any other duties as required.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience**:

- Experience working around heavy equipment
- Experience with Machine Control Systems considered an asset
- Familiar with system maintenance and associated preventive measures considered an asset
- Construction Survey understanding considered an asset
- Strong understanding of Excel Spreadsheets.
- Experience with 3D design files. Working knowledge of design software and data set creation is an asset.
- Must be open to travel throughout Eastern Canada.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Has a proven work ethic and positive attitude.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset.
