**JOB TITLE : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**

**(A) Job description**

1. Responsible for generating Business from the assigned territory

2. Data analysis & report preparation

3. Client relationship management

4. Travel as per business needs

5. Collection of receivables

**(B) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
1. Client acquisition

2. No. of Clients contacted

3. Revenue & Collection

4. Client retention

**(C) Increments**
1. Performance to be reviewed annually, on the basis of assigned/agreed targets

2. Salary revision post annual performance review

**(D) Working hours**
1. Mon. to Fri., 8 hours per day

2. Standard holidays to be followed

**(E) Educational Qualifications & Experience**
1. MBA/Graduate in Business Management desired but not essential

3. Preferably 3 to 5 years of work experience in Sales/Marketing/Business

Development role

1. $ 30 to 34 per hour

2. Monthly performance linked incentives, as per Business needs, from time to time

3. Benefits covering Dental/EHC

**Salary**: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- QUESNEL, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in QUESNEL, BC
