**Digital Print Operator - Winnipeg, MB**

**The Position**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Using computers and systems to review and process print work orders, data entry, and processing information
- Planning, prioritizing, organizing print runs, including determining correct inputs and loading materials/supplies into equipment
- Tracking and recording all fixed and variable inputs (toner, paper, etc.) for each work order
- Monitoring and efficiently controlling resources/inputs (Inventory management, order supplies)
- Testing and trouble-shooting print runs to completion (visual-colors, trim, pages #’s, readability)
- Quality control of inputs (toner, paper, etc.) visually identify differences, or detect changes within each print run and take corrective action
- Providing guidance, advice, and effectively communicating to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process related topics
- Regular preventative maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating production equipment
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience using RICOH printers is considered an asset (training will be provided)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, pro-active, flexible, open to new processes
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish between colors (no color blindness)
- Full mobility to handle climbing, lifting, balancing and handling heavy materials/inputs as required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
