About the Role

The QA Automation Analyst will work within then Business Technology team to deliver high Quality and impactful technology solutions across our global fund administration, fiduciary and regulatory service business lines. Primary responsibilities include:

- Responsible for the automation process, the role requires close working with product owners, analysts, developers and UX designers;
- As part of an agile environment, active participation and feedback in ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives will be required;
- Ability to understand requirements, behavior and specifications for products and features; work with stakeholders to develop BDD test scenarios to support UAT process, create intelligent test plans, test scenarios and execute tests efficiently is key to success in this role;
- Providing direction to the QA methodology, the QA Automation Analyst should seek out ways to optimize current test processes and maintain the highest quality standards;
- Managing best practice guidance, the role requires communication with the Analysts who support the automated test plans and execute other QA processes.

- Experience in financial services would be of benefit to quickly understand the products and requirements.
