**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Fabricate garments and other têxtile products according to specifications.
- Operate sewing machines and other equipment to create high-quality finished products.
- Inspect finished items for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain an organized workspace, including managing fabric inventory and supplies.
- Perform repairs and alterations on existing garments as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the warehouse environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or in a similar role within the têxtile industry.
- Proficient in operating various sewing machines and tools.
- Strong understanding of different fabrics and their properties.
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good organizational skills, especially in managing materials within a warehouse setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.60-$25.16 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
