**Position**: Restoration Estimator
**Reports To**:General Manager
**What does a Restoration Estimator do?**
Restoration Estimators work with Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to generate or prepare estimates that quantify work completed or work required to bring the affected property back to a pre loss state.

**Qualifications (Requirements)**:
- Proficient with computers
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s license
- Industry relevant experience
- Previous estimating experience with Xactimate and Symbility
**Skills Desired of Team Member**:
- Self-motivated
- Enjoys working with people and estimating software
- Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Is succinct and professional with written communication
