**Summary**

We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our dynamic team at Islington Nurseries Ltd. This role is pivotal in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales Lead, you will play an essential part in promoting our landscape services and products.

**Responsibilities**
- Service company’s clientele with a customer first always attitude
- Flexibility required to accommodate daily and seasonal business needs
- Ability to provide commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal quotations
- Attend meetings, and site walks with clients
- Primary point of contact for new and existing clients
- Ability to collect site measurements and details and prepare and/or modify detailed estimates for approval
- Maintain client retention of existing commercial contracts
- Always working in an ethical manner
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our landscape services and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience with commercial snow removal operations and landscape maintenance
- Horticulture education and experience
- Ability to be diplomatic and skilled with negotiations to handle various situations
- G License and clean drivers abstract required
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy required
- Strong work ethic - reliable and punctual
- Able to assume responsibility and have a flexible team-player attitude
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the landscape maintenance and snow management industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Landscape Maintenance Sales: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G License (required)
