**Synopsis of the role**

As part of the Business Optimization team, you will collaborate with operations, delivery, technology and product teams to assess, plan and deliver all operational readiness needs for business. You will ensure smooth launch of all new and existing products along with limited ownership of internal platforms. This includes process mapping, backlog management, roadmap, training, documentation, change and project management with multiple cross-functional teams. You will drive standardization, optimization, efficiency and productivity for Operations and Delivery teams.

**What You’ll Do**
- Drive multiple complex, cross-functional projects involving product and platform launches.
- Facilitate and organize internal stakeholder sessions to understand products, assess operational needs, identify gaps/opportunities, and resolve dependencies.
- Plan, build and execute operational readiness deliverables on time in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks, perform assessment and define resolution remedies to timely deliver projects and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Lead and document onboarding and support process for all products Maintain RAID (input full form) logs for both product & platform readiness.
- Gather requirements, manage backlog and implement enhancements on internal platforms.
- Envision and build customer(B2B) journey to devise product and commercial platform improvements with technology and contact center support teams.
- Manage interdependencies, system integrations and execution bottlenecks with multiple stakeholders while maintaining implementation timelines.
- Train all the customer facing support teams and manage all their conflicts to help them perform their job successfully.

**What experience you need**
- Experience in fast paced matrix environment
- Agile Project Management Experience
- Ability to manage technical implementation
- Product delivery and implementation
- B2B and B2C Operations know-how
- Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders

**What could set you apart**:

- Project Management Certification (PMP) or Equivalent
- Agile and lean certifications (Scaled Agile)
- Commercial B2B Credit Experience
- Change Management Experience or Certification
- Knowledge of Equifax products and systems
- General knowledge of Equifax policies and procedures
