Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our indoor golf simulator facilities across Ontario. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing our central customer service team, coordinating with maintenance technicians, and ensuring all locations adhere to our high standards of service and maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations across all locations to ensure seamless functionality and superior customer experience.
- Manage and schedule a team of technicians responsible for maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Direct a centralized customer service team to handle bookings, inquiries, and technical support.
- Develop operational procedures and best practices for all locations.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to gauge operational efficiency and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-location business environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Proficiency with modern business management software, including CRM and CMMS tools.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed to manage operations across all locations.
