We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Specialists. As a Solar Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales efforts by engaging with potential customers via a door-to-door approach, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the process of transitioning to solar power.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners within designated territories.
- Educate potential customers on the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy.
- Assess each homeowner's energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
