Job Title: Lead Product Consultant (Hybrid)
Location: Markham, ON

Guidewire certification (ideally ACE certified)

Job summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and customization of Guidewire BillingCenter solutions to meet business requirements - Configuration and Integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire solutions with existing systems.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance on Property & Casualty Insurance processes and standard methodologies.
- Design and implement test plans to ensure the quality and stability of the solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for users on Guidewire functionalities and updates.
- Stay abreast of the latest Guidewire features and technology trends to recommend upgrades and enhancements.
- Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues during the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- BillingCenter Business Analyst ACE certified
- Experience with cloud implementations is desired.

**Required Skills**:
1. Minimum of 5 years of Functional experience in Guidewire BillingCenter
2. Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is highly desirable
3. Experienced Functional Lead with 10-13 Years in Guidewire Suite

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Adept at conducting business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Must be diligent and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $70.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Property & Casualty Insurance: 5 years (preferred)
- Functional Lead in Guidewire Suite: 10 years (preferred)
- BillingCenter Business Analyst ACE certified: 10 years (preferred)
