Enkompass Power and Energy is looking for an Electrical Estimator to help to serve Enkompass customers and prospects by developing proposals for all sectors of clients (pharmaceutical, health, telecom, manufacturing), responding to inbound customer calls, and generally providing timely and appropriate support to the Sales Team.

**What is the role?**

As an Electrical Estimator with Enkompass, you will
- Develop customer proposals and pricing structures.
- Work with the Inside Sales Supervisor, Sales Managers and Engineering Manager to properly respond to RFPs and customer requests.
- Respond to incoming customer calls.
- Clarify requirements with customers as part of the proposal preparation process.
- Track sales and customer activities within the company CRM.

**Why You?**

You have:

- A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Worked in customer service or sales for a minimum of 3 years.
- Great initiative.
- Spent a minimum of 3 years in the power systems industry, familiar with, for example, single line drawings, breaker retrofits and switchboard modifications.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm, and you enjoy building excellent customer and co-worker relationships.
- Excellent competence with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and similar tools.

**Salary**: $44,685.07-$79,667.21 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- electrical estimating: 1 year (preferred)
