**Job Summary**

The Liquid Compounder / Batcher will be responsible for accurately preparing, mixing, and processing liquid product batches according to formulations and production schedules. This role ensures that all products meet quality and safety standards while supporting efficient plant operations and reports into the Production Supervisor / Plant Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to batch sheets and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operate mixing tanks, pumps, and related equipment to produce liquid formulas
- Monitor batch process for correct temperature, viscosity, pH, and other specifications
- Record lot numbers, weights, and process data accurately for traceability
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health & safety standards, and company quality protocols
- Take samples of the compound at various stages for laboratory testing, check for consistency, and perform quality control checks to ensure materials meet standards
- Clean and sanitize mixing equipment, tanks, and tools between batches
- Assist with raw material handling, staging, and inventory control
- Communicate with production supervisors about batch status, issues, or adjustments needed
- Inspect and clean compounding equipment, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and shut down equipment if leaks or malfunctions are detected

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in chemical, cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical batching / mixing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Comfortable with physical work, standing for long periods, some lifting required
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Knowledge of GMP, WHMIS, or HACCP is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
