National Account Rep

BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION:
RouteOne is looking for a National Account Representative (NAR) that has knowledge of automotive dealerships. This individual will have strong business acumen and will work closely with the larger National Sales Team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual that is looking to build their future with a premiere organization in the retail automotive industry. This position will offer the individual a very intense look at dealership operations while taking into account how technology is shaping our future.
The NAR will work on various call campaigns and contact dealerships to strengthen relationships and increase business volume. We are looking for an experienced individual that is hungry to learn and be part of a growing team
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
- Complete outbound calls to build awareness of new RouteOne products and initiatives.
- Take charge of inbound customer Sales inquiries.
- Have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
- Maintain records of dealership contacts and activities.
- Build and retain our customer base.
- “Be the voice of the customer”
- Identify and report obstacles preventing dealer satisfaction or utilization;
- Recommend actions to minimize or eliminate satisfiers; and
- Respond to customer needs and follow through on commitments/deliverables.
- Facilitate and collect feedback for various projects and new initiatives.
- Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- University Degree and bilingual (English & French) preferred.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience working in an automotive dealership environment.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
