**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. A passion for the food industry and a commitment to excellent service are essential for success in this role.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while following proper cash handling procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a must.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Bartender experience is a major benefit.
