As an Associate Producer on Dead by Daylight, you will be part of the Support team, which includes tech, back-end programming, the build pipeline, and automated testing. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the product strategy is clearly communicated to the teams, ensuring production and alignment are on track. Additionally, you’ll actively support the well-being of the team by collaborating with leads. Due to the nature of the teams, you’ll also contribute to bid and release strategies, working closely with the broader production team.

**In this role you will**:

- In collaboration with the Producer and Directors, lead the teams in developing the game while respecting the framework, deadlines, and budget defined by the business objectives;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the teams while maintaining close communication with the game management team to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met;
- Work closely with the Producer, Team Leads and Project Managers to identify sprints and the quarterly goals of the game
- Convert short and long-term development plans into concrete actions for all functions - design, technical, and QA;
- Perform risk analyzes on a regular basis and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful development;
- If necessary, manage relations with third parties (suppliers, partners, etc.);
- Engage, guide and manage project managers to achieve their goals.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Have already made the development of a game from pre-production to its launch as an Associate Producer;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a manager in the entertainment industry;
- Proficient in Jira;
- Understand in-depth project management and software development methodologies;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Data-driven and proficient in evaluating the team’s Workload vs. Capacity;
- Bachelor's degree or professional equivalence.

**Dans ce rôle vous devrez**:

- En collaboration avec le producteur et les directeurs, diriger les équipes de développement du jeu en respectant le cadre, les délais et le budget définis par les objectifs commerciaux;
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes des équipes tout en maintenant une communication étroite avec l’équipe de gestion de jeu afin de s’assurer que les jalons et les délais soient respectés.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le-la producteur-trice, les chef-fe-s d'équipe et les gestionnaires de projet pour identifier les sprints et les objectifs trimestriels du jeu.
- Convertir les plans de développement à court et à long terme en actions concrètes pour toutes les fonctions - design, technique et assurance qualité;
- Effectuer régulièrement des analyses de risque et élaborer des plans d’atténuation afin d’assurer la réussite du développement;
- Si nécessaire, gérez les relations avec des tiers (fournisseurs, partenaires, etc.);
- Engager, guider et gérer les gestionnaires de projet afin qu’ils puissent atteindre leurs objectifs.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Avoir déjà réalisé en tant que Producteur-trice Associé-e le développement d’un jeu de la préproduction jusqu’au lancement;
- Un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en tant que gestionnaire dans l’industrie du divertissement;
- Expérience avec Jira;
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et analytiques;
- Excellente communication écrite et orale en anglais étant donnée les contacts réguliers avec des anglophones, à l’interne et à l’externe.
