**What You’ll Do**:

- Steer our game's journey from concept to launch, ensuring every phase aligns with our vision and quality standards.
- Implement and refine project management tools such as JIRA, keeping the team's performance and project progress on track.
- Act as the central node of communication, ensuring clarity and coherence in information flow within the team.
- Tackle project challenges head-on, strategizing and executing solutions to maintain momentum and meet our ambitious goals.
- Maintain our unwavering commitment to quality, managing the intricate details of game development even under the most pressing deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of successfully managing game development projects, balancing precision with creativity.
- Bilingual proficiency in English & French, ensuring clear and inclusive communication across our diverse team.
- Deep understanding and practical mastery of Agile or Scrum methodologies within the context of game development.
- Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, fostering a collaborative environment that is dynamic and result-oriented.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and overcome complex challenges.
- Insight into the intricacies of game development cycles, industry standards, game art creation, and the Unity engine.
- Experience working in close-knit, agile team settings, preferably within VR or game development studios.
- Competence in community engagement, particularly on platforms like Discord.
- A track record of effectively sourcing and managing freelance talent for game art and development.
