**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee repairs and installations related to mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized projects or repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment performance.
- Provide leadership in training staff on best practices for building maintenance and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and industrial maintenance practices.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in logic controllers and low voltage systems preferred.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is an advantage.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail is essential.

Pay: $34,400.00-$40,000.00 per year
