Pinnacle III is a Brampton high-rise condominium consisting of 140 suites on 12 floors located in the heart of Brampton and close to Shopper's World.

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced live-in Superintendent. To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience as a residential Superintendent, a strong work ethic and a proactive, rather than reactive, mindset. You must also have excellent customer service skills and ensure communications are in a positive and professional manner both to the residents of the building, the Board of Directors, the security and the cleaning staff.

**This position includes a 1-bedroom unit (a taxable benefit).**

**The building does not permit pets.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum High School education (preferred)
- A clean criminal report
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Previous Assistant/Superintendent experience
- Previous WHMIS and other safety training

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements and vandalism to the Property Manager as required
- Perform check of mechanical room and handle garbage/recycling
- Pool Maintenance as per the Region of Peel's requirements **(required)**:

- Emergency Diesel Generator
- Weekly Inspections and Monthly Tests
- Perform small repair in the common areas
- Perform ongoing prevention maintenance
- Assumes necessary safety precautions as required during inclement weather by shovelling, sanding and salting sidewalks and building entrances and post necessary caution signage
- Enforce rules and regulations of the Condominium
- Daily cleaning of the building's exterior and garage
- Comply with proper health and safety policies and procedures
- Provide Emergency on-call support for the residents;
- Other duties as assigned
