We are looking for people who will bring their "A" game if you like being outdoors for 8-12 hours a day, working with a group of diverse individuals who are excited about the type of work we do, AND enjoy getting out in the community. Our company is steadily growing and we'd like YOU to join us on a permanent basis **Pay rate**: $16-$22 depending on experience. **Key Responsibilities**: - Operate and maintain mowing equipment; mowers, trimmers, ect. - Line trimming - Conduct spring clean ups - Leaf collection in the fall - Snow removal in the winter **Qualifications**: - no students (as this is a full time - permanent job that will turn in to snow removal) - Previous mowing/soft-scaping experience is an asset (please show this on your resume) - Willing to learn - Be a good team player - Own transportation to and from the job site - Good organization and time management skills - Can stand, walk, and bend for long hours - Work outside in various weather conditions - Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day - Must be able to lift 50lbs+ - Can start immediately **What We Offer**: - Benefits package. - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. - A supportive and collaborative work environment. - The chance to work on diverse and exciting projects that make a difference in the community.
