Our new Crumbl in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is looking for Crew/Baking members

**Responsibilities**:

- Focus on the preparation of high-quality food
- Focus on cleanliness and organization
- Work well in a team environment
- Know and adhere to Food Safety standards
- Develop relationships and serve the community with excellence
- Excellent customer service and customer recovery
- Making cookie dough and baking (No previous experience required)
- Decorating cookies
- Fulfilling & packaging order

**Requirements**:

- Pleasant interactive skills
- Attention to detail,
- Basic math
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Assist crew member/baker team in all levels of project execution including, but not limited to, planning, production, catering, clean-up, etc.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.

**Qualifications**
- Food service experience in a restaurant setting (Bonus)
- Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on a smile
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a fast-paced environment
- Working in a team based environment and independently as needed

**Hours per week**:

- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- 4 hour weekly minimum, up to 40+ hours a week

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
