- Lead Administrative Process in Procore
- Set up and maintain projects, workflows, permissions, and templates.
- Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and compliance across all projects.
- Act as the primary system administrator for Procore.
- Training & User Support
- Develop and deliver training sessions for staff at all levels.
- Create user guides, reference materials, and best practices tailored to our business needs.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support to project teams.
- Process & System Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within Procore.
- Collaborate with leadership to align system use with company goals.
- Monitor updates and new features to recommend improvements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
- Previous experience with Procore or similar project management software is an asset.
- Experience in construction or project management environments is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
