**Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee staff, ensuring top-tier customer service and performance
- Handle inventory management, maintaining stock levels, and ordering supplies as needed
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about services offered.
- Lead housekeeping operations to ensure the salon remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely service delivery for all clients.
- Oversee front desk duties, including client scheduling, answering phones, and managing appointments
- Develop and implement creative strategies for social media engagement (Instagram and TikTok)
- Handle retail sales by promoting products and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Support inventory management by tracking product levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
- Assist with daily salon operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Foster a positive, energetic environment for both clients and staff

**Skills Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a hair salon or related field is a must
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with experience in content creation and marketing
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Proven track record of handling inventory and scheduling systems effectively
- Strong leadership abilities to guide team efforts effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of sales management principles to support promotional efforts.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to conduct interviews effectively when hiring new team members.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Experience in store management practices is advantageous for maintaining operational standards.
