- Install, maintain, and repair various systems and equipment according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of installation projects
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements
- Perform necessary measurements, cuts, and modifications to ensure proper fit and functionality of installed systems
- Test installed systems to ensure proper operation and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Previous experience in HVAC, appliance repair, or a related field is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in installation work
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Basic plumbing skills for connecting pipes and fittings
- Welding experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
