**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the scheduling and routing of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor transportation activities and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, customs brokers and internal teams to streamline processes.
- Coordinate documentation for customs brokers, including ISFs for ocean shipments, HS coding, fabric content, specialized certificates for apparel, etc...
- Analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the transportation process.
- Assist operations team with customer order processing

**Experience**
- 1-3 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of incoterms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and managing schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail to address challenges proactively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Experience in the apparel industry an asset
