**THE ROLE**

Do you want to be part of an inspirational retail experience for beverage enthusiasts of all ages? Sales Associates are the face of Knyota Drinks. You will be an important part of our customers’ visits and a key player in promoting inclusive beverage experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for an energetic, professional, and self-starter individual to join us on a part-time basis.

Sales Associates work a combination of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. If this sounds like the growth opportunity you have been searching for, we want to hear from you.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform all cashier and customer sales duties;
- Delight customers by learning and demonstrating product knowledge in interactions;
- Deliver personalized experiences for customers by greeting them, answering questions to the best of your knowledge, and performing all transactions in a friendly and professional manner;
- Maintain a clean, safe and visually appealing environment by performing cleaning duties and maintaining store displays;
- Safely and efficiently operate the operations zone by fulfilling orders, receiving and tracking stock, and notifying management of any potential shortage.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Screening Criteria
- Ability to lift potentially heavy products;
- Strength in communication and technology;
- Passion for the beverage industry, especially non-alcoholic;
- Live in Ottawa and have legal authorization to work in Canada;
- Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills;
- Experience providing exceptional customer experience in a service environment;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with varying shifts (including weekends and holidays);
- A solution-oriented mindset with ability to think quickly on your feet and work accurately.

**ABOUT KNYOTA DRINKS**

A local Ottawa startup making it easier to shop for adult appropriate non-alcoholic drinks.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
