As an in person Travel Consultant with a focus on selling travel insurance, you will take calls in our call centre for our Members and non-members.

Position Details

**Who You Are**:

- 2-3 years customer service and sales experience in a similar environment
- Prior Travel or Insurance experience
- Prior call centre experience
- TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent organizational skills
- Available to work flexible call centre hours M-F 8:30-8 S&S 9:30-4
