**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Servers/Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding dining experiences by delivering excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring that guests have a memorable visit. You will be a key player in our restaurant's success, contributing to a positive atmosphere and high-quality service.

**Key Duties**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about food and drink options.
- **Order Taking**: Accurately take and enter orders into the point-of-sale system, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are addressed.
- **Food and Beverage Service**: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring correct order and presentation.
- **Guest Interaction**: Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
- **Table Maintenance**: Clear and clean tables between guests, maintain a tidy dining area, and manage table settings.
- **Cash Handling**: Accurately process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide change or receipts.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and address any issues that arise.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment. ProServe is mandatory.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Environment**: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- **Attitude**: A positive attitude and strong desire to provide exceptional service to every guest.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
