The position of **Deli Department Clerk **is a full-time position which requires the ability to work Saturdays. Working as a Deli Clerk, your main responsibility is to assist retail customers with their deli orders. The deli offers customers a wide selection of cold meats, cheeses, fresh pastas and Mediterranean delicacies. Our ideal preference is for enthusiastic individuals with a keen passion for fine food. Though knowledge of Mediterranean foods would be considered a great asset, is not necessary. Primarily, we are looking for affable individuals with excellent customer service skills. The deli is a central hub of activity at Bosa Foods, so the ability to work well with others and take self-initiative are essential to the job.

We offer flexible hours (no Sundays) and competitive wages in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- **Duties**:_
- Courteous and polite customer service, assisting customers with all requests
- Meat & cheese slicing
- Stocking and maintaining deli displays
- Deli preparation and clean up
- Maintaining cleanliness of work area throughout the day
- Following all Food Safe guidelines at all times
- **Skills & Abilities**:_
- Must be Punctual and Reliable
- Must be self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to meet physical job requirements (ability to be in cold work areas for extended periods of time, stand for an 8-hour shift, etc.)
