We also host numerous events and provide catering services in North Battleford. Our team brings a unique mix of culinary and beverage experience to offer quality food and drinks.

**Role**:
We are looking for Food and Beverage Servers to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experience.

Your responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.

Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with cooks, and other staff.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer services
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on customer preferences
- Write customers' food orders on order slips, or memorize orders, and enter orders into computer for transmittal to kitchen staff.
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Assist with regular inventory controls

Professional Requirements
- Minimum of 19 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- No prior experience is required (training will be provided), however, customer service experience is an asset
- Must be prepared to take and pass an online test, prior to starting work, to obtain ‘Serve it Right’ certificate allowing you to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Possesses basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout a 3 to 8-hour shift
- Ability to carry a tray weighing up to 20 lbs to shoulder height
- No specific education required
