**Position Summary**:
Hallmark is seeking a Portfolio Manager to supervise our janitorial operations at various contracted recreational locations in Calgary. The Portfolio Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager. The responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:
- Managing efficient delivery of cleaning services.
- Organizing, delegating, and supervising day-to-day work assignments and projects.
- Providing training and orientation to all new and existing employees
- Overseeing the completion of all janitorial work and ensuring high quality.
- Coordinate purchasing and invoicing of supplies
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing bi-weekly payroll.
- Completing regular Quality Assurance and Health & Safety inspections.
- Following operating budgets for all designated contract locations
- Working closely with Hallmark site supervisors by providing ongoing support.
- Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are being met.
- Fostering and sustaining working relationships with clients
- Managing equipment inventory and ensuring preventative maintenance programs are followed
- Responding to, and assisting in any emergencies
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ Years of managing a team of frontline staff
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of cleaning procedures, techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent communication in the English language, both written and verbal
- Must be flexible with work hours including incidental weekends and holidays
- Experience in janitorial operations at a recreational facility is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe
- Clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check is a must

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
