Servicenow Business Analyst

Job Description: This position requires a unique blend of robust technical analysis skills, business acumen (especially in finance and communication), and hands-on experience with financial business reports, databases, and intranet solutions using SharePoint 2016 and ServiceNow. The service involves collecting and analyzing business processes and technical requirements, proposing digitization improvements, and ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collect and document business and technical requirements from customers, focusing on financial business reports running on SharePoint 2016 and Nintex workflows, data web solutions, Intranet solutions.
- Technical Analysis: Analyze legacy Excel, Sharepoint 2016 and Nintex solutions and propose replacement solutions within the ServiceNow realm.
- Solution Design: In collaboration with architects, develop and propose end-state solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements (strong role).
- Implementation Support and testing: Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation of proposed solutions and execute tests.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of requirements, proposed solutions, test plan and implementation plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and feedback are incorporated into the solutions.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in technology of SharePoint 2016, Sharepoint Online, Business workflows, and web solutions in general.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow (as a BA, developer, admin, etc.)
- Knowledge in data model and databases.
Other Desired Skills:
- Experience with financial business reporting tools and technologies.
