**Job Overview and Responsibilities**

Rutter Urban Forestry is seeking up to three ambitious people to join our team at the entry level. Common traits that we look for in team members are a strong desire for challenging physical work, a positive and polite disposition, a drive to learn and grow personally and professionally, and a focus on sensible safety. The following positions are being filled.

**GROUNDPERSON**

We are looking for detail oriented and hard-working individuals with an interest in trees and the tree care service industry. Knowledge or experience with the operation of heavy machinery, such as a wood chipper or front-end loader, is preferred. No previous experience is required, but a valid G-class driver’s license is required. This position will have a dual role and responsibilities would be apportioned between each.
