ABOUT THE TEAM
We are a driving force behind strategic decision-making at PSP, setting in motion transformative change by seamlessly connecting the dots. Our core functions include leading the definition of the organization’s long-term strategy, orchestrating the annual business planning cycle, and championing strategic initiatives. ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Intern, Strategic Planning, you’ll:
- Take the lead on collecting and analyzing information related to market deep dive projects-
- Develop presentations intended for senior executives and other leaders of the organization-
- Support the team in creating content for PSP’s strategic offsites-
- Contribute to activities related to the annual Business Planning cycle that aligns the organization with our longer-term strategy-
- Assist the team in monitoring the execution of key strategic initiatives across the firm-
- Participate in the execution of special projects and additional team prioritiesWHAT YOU’LL NEED- Previous experience in management consulting and in investment management an asset-
- Track record of high academic achievement-
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel-
- Bilingualism: English and French_ _(frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)_- Ability to navigate an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy-
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and spoken-
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail-
- Positive proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn-
- Team player that thrives in a deadline driven/high performance environment-
- A respect for differences of opinion and an inclusive mindset-
