**Job Description: Logistics and Warehouse Assistant (Sales-Oriented)**

**Position Overview**:
This role combines warehouse management and sales support, ensuring seamless coordination between inventory control and sales operations. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency through effective collaboration and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Inventory Management and Sales Support**
- Ensure accurate inventory management to provide up-to-date stock information to the sales team.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure product availability and meet customer order requirements promptly.

**Order Processing**
- Assist with customer order handling, including data entry, tracking, and shipment coordination.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in order processing to ensure smooth sales operations.

**Customer Communication**
- Collaborate with sales personnel to address customer inquiries regarding inventory, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve customer issues related to logistics and inventory to enhance satisfaction.

**Market and Sales Data Analysis**
- Collect and analyze sales data to assist in forecasting and inventory replenishment planning.
- Prepare and submit sales and inventory reports to support decision-making processes.

**Product Preparation and Presentation**
- Assist in preparing product samples for sales demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Manage and maintain product display areas, ensuring cleanliness and visual appeal.

**Logistics Coordination**
- Coordinate internal logistics processes to ensure efficient product flow supporting sales targets.
- Liaise with logistics providers and transportation companies to optimize shipping arrangements.

**物流协调**
- 协调内部物流流程，确保高效的货物流动以支持销售目标。
- 与物流供应商和运输公司联络，优化运输安排。

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
