Randall MFG is a manufacturer in Thorndale, ON looking to add to their production team on day shift. Monday to Thursday. 4 day weeks. 11 hour days.

There are many opportunities to work yourself into a shift leader, machine operator and millwright and maintenance positions.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is interested in starting a long term career.
- A positive team member.
- Able to lift 30-50lbs throughout the day.
- Opportunities to learn - drive forklift, mechanical problem solving and machining (onsite machine shop with mill and lathe)

**Responsibilities**:

- Load raw material.
- Package rolls
- Assist with maintenance during downtime.
- Sweep floor and keep a clean workplace.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
