General Description:
The Quality Assurance Specialist reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and works in conjunction with Sales, Project Management, Construction, Customer Care and Property Management across all Madison Group Communities in relation to the Quality Control, PDI, Occupancy and Audit Phases of a community.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Enforce the Madison Group Customer Care standards in relation to processes for consistency, including procedures for processing routine, emergency, and out-of-warranty items.
- Responsible for documenting in detail all types of deficiencies detected.
- Ensuring the maintenance of structural and exterior quality assurance.
- Through reporting system, monitor completion of QA deficiencies.
- Assist Manager through reporting system, measure the number, type, and completion status of PDI and warranty items. Identify recurring items, investigate, and eliminate or reduce where possible.
- Ensure follow up with Site Supervisors and coordinating service requests with appropriate trades.
- Assist Manager in scheduling and coordinating re-occurring on-site meetings between Customer Care and Construction to review all pre-PDI and PDI schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven management experience in Construction Customer Care Field
- Strong knowledge of High-Rise construction processes means and methods.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Customer and Client Focus / Communication Proficiency
