Inside Sales Coordinator

**Overview**
To assist in the sale of Versatile whole good products to the dealer network. The role of the sales coordinator is to work with the sales team, marketing staff, and other stakeholders (internal and external) to increase sales for the business.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Act as a support to Territory Managers and Dealer Network
- Manage and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and service.
- Assist dealers with general inquiries about Versatile sales and aftermarket business
- Track dealership sales verses territory manager budgets
- Draft policies and procedures as required by the sales department
- Track dealership sales verses territory manager budgets
- Coordinate the creation of annual sales budgets (corporate and field)
- Develop sales reports and summarize results for the executive team
- Manage dealer agreements and ensure dealership documentation is up to date and complete
- Coordinate new dealer sign ups, and dealership account closures
- Collaborate on the development of sales programs
- Review sales programs with territory managers and dealers to insure full understanding
- Maintain the dealer contact management system
- Assist in responding to inquiries from the Versatile website
- Assist the V.P. Sales & Marketing with high level projects and reports
- Organize dealer and sales events, coordinating venue, travel, and business agendas

**Qualifications**:

- University/College degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field
- Preference given to those coming from a background in farming.
- Preference given to those with working knowledge of agriculture and agricultural equipment
- Good understanding of the sales process.
- Previous sales experience at a retail or wholesale level
- Mechanical/technical aptitude is an asset
- Strong analytical skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Smartsheet, Power BI, **Excel;**experience withAS400 is an asset
- Ability to grasp and understand abstract ideas and concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- High level of drive and initiative
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Able to work under mínimal supervision
- Maintain professional attitude in challenging situations
- Goal oriented and able to thrive in a team environment
- Ability to participate in trade shows within North America as requested.
- Driver's license and passport.
