**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the food and beverage team to ensure seamless front-of-house operations
- Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and maintain quality control
- Manage wine and beverage programs, including the Wine Locker program
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop cocktail menus and plan events
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure top-notch service
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue while delivering an elevated member experience
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Engage with the community and maintain the Club’s role as a leader in service excellence

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, with proven leadership abilities
- Certified Sommelier (or a strong background in managing wine programs)
- Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and restaurant software (POS systems)
- Serve It Right and Food Safe certifications
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
