Nawab’s Legendary BBQ is a fast-growing, authentic South Asian BBQ brand known for bold flavours and a vibrant dining experience. As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic Franchise Development Manager to play a pivotal role in growing our franchise network while supporting our existing franchise locations and brand operations.
- Manage the entire franchise sales cycle, from lead generation to closing agreements, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate franchise agreements and documentation.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified franchise leads through market research and networking.
- Local Store Marketing & Franchise Support
- Partner with franchisees to plan and execute local store marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales.
- Monitor franchisee marketing activities and provide guidance to align with brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Assist franchisees with marketing assets, local event participation, and community engagement strategies.
- Collect feedback from franchise locations to improve marketing effectiveness and operational support.
- Brand Management Support & Administrative Tasks
- Support the Brand Manager in daily administrative tasks, including tracking franchise performance, preparing reports, and coordinating communication.
- Maintain accurate franchise records, databases, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate franchise meetings, training sessions, and events as needed.
- Assist in the development and distribution of franchise marketing materials and brand communications.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development — preferably within the foodservice or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of local store marketing principles and franchise business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with franchisees and prospects.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and administrative duties efficiently.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and marketing platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external partnerships.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
