**The Position**

We have an opening for a Yardman, Loader Operator at our Huntsville plant. This position would report to the Operations management team.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Operate front-end loader to feed product into plant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of aggregate storage bins.
- Maintain cleanliness of yard, ensuring safety for pedestrians and vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Able to operator a front-end loader.
- Knowledge of aggregates and ready-mix concrete industry.
- Ability to perform daily equipment checks, including pre
- and post-trip inspections.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor, keep required work schedule, focus on attention to details and follow all rules and policies, and be a team player.
- Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screening and physical.
