**We’re Hiring: PR Agents (Hybrid - Remote + IRL Events | Commission-Based)**

We’re a **fresh startup PR & media agency** founded by two women who believe in _visibility, freedom, and fun_. We help brands get _seen_, get _talked about_, and get _remembered_ — and we’re building a team of go-getters who want to grow with us.

This isn’t your average corporate PR job. This is for the ones who know how to _pitch like a pro, vibe like a founder, live authentically_ and still meet deadlines.

**ROLE: PR AGENT**
- **Hybrid** - Primarily remote, with some **in-person events, marketing pop-ups, and team linkups**:

- Commission-based (with bonuses + room to grow)
- Flexible schedule
- Access to media platforms (radio + digital magazine)

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- 1:1 calls with clients to talk strategy
- Pitching to podcasts, blogs, magazines, online press, etc.
- Helping brands get seen in _real media_ (not just social)
- Building long-term visibility for clients in your niche
- Connecting with up and coming clients and promoting our offers
- Promoting Stefsea Co. as the place where we can get you seen - without selling your soul
- Attending Marketing events and networking with some awesome people

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $30.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week

Additional pay:
